Mt. Tam Quilt Guild: Workshops


	WORKSHOP POLICY:
	• Registration Procedure: Members may sign up for a workshop three months (or Guild meetings) in advance of the workshop. Non-members may sign up two months in advance. Payment must be made at the time of signup; payment is also required for the waiting list. Payment ensures your position. • Cancellation: A. To cancel 30 days or more before the the workshop date please contact the workshop coordinator by phone or email ASAP. Full refund will be issued and your spot open to others. B. To cancel less than 30 days before the workshop date please contact the workshop coordinator by phone or email ASAP. 1. If the workshop coordinator can replace you from the waiting list, full refund will be issued. 2. If you cannot be replaced from the waiting list but can find your own replacement, full refund will be issued. 3. If you are on a waiting list and do not get into the workshop, full refund will be issued. 4. If there is no waiting list, and you cannot find a replacement, no refund will be issued. C. If the Guild cancels the workshop, all checks will be refunded. If a copyrighted pattern or book is required for a workshop, you must use the original material in the workshop.
