Guild Programs - April, 2009 - Easy Piecers Trunk Show

In April, we welcomed the Easy Piecers and their multiple quilts. This mini group meets weekly, plays together and goes on annual retreats; each stitcher completes many quilts over the year. The quilts we saw represented many techniques and fine workmanship -- an inspiration to all.

These two quilts were the result of a 4 inch block exchange, with each member receiving several blocks. The varied results are typical of the group's projects.

It was an impressive show of multiple quilts.

Always a crowd pleaser, this simple design is successfully done in different colors. Careful arrangement of values imparts a sense of dimension to these quilts.
